- Possess a working knowledge of basic accounting skills.
- Proficient in general office skills with a strong emphasis in data entry accounting and recordkeeping/ record management.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel.
- Self-motivated able to work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
- Possess excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems and collect/analyze data numbers and facts.

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the 2025-2026 school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Register receipt and deposit payments to the appropriate bank accounts.
- Review and process registration application for department programs.
- Review update and reconcile registration system account financial data and purchase orders and serve as a backup for the purchase order process.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records for budget and activity accounts.
- Manage and respond to incoming calls emails and customer service inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain accurate department records and files.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Ensure customer service skills are evident in daily communication including telephone calls emails and face-to-face interactions.
- Act as backup for other positions within the Community Programs department.
- Work as part of a team to contribute to the success of the Community Programs department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
