Job Summary

You will report directly to the Global Business Operations & Strategy Director with direct exposure to the Chief Business & Revenue Officer and senior leadership. Youll work closely with a network of business partners across regions and key functions including Sales Marketing and Customer Success.

Youll play a key role in shaping the future of our revenue globally. Youll identify opportunities for growth through diligent analyses and by establishing the data infrastructure and operational processes that support key commercial decisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the systems and logic that power our revenue teams strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Strategy & Optimization: Partner with our Salesforce Administrator to define and execute the strategic roadmap for our CRM. Your focus will be on optimizing workflows implementing standardized processes and ensuring data integrity to support sales marketing and customer success teams.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize the entire lead lifecycle. Implement lead scoring routing and reporting to maximize conversion rates and provide clear visibility into our sales pipeline and performance.
  • Sales & Customer Success Operations: Design and optimize sales and post-sales processes including client onboarding and renewal workflows within Salesforce. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales performance and customer success to drive strategic decisions.
  • Performance Analysis & Benchmarking: Establish a framework for quantifying and analyzing sales performance against key KPIs. Benchmark our revenue metrics against industry standards and competitor performance to identify strengths weaknesses and market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment providing actionable insights to inform strategies and improve overall revenue efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations preferably within a tech company or programmatic.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities to support revenue-generating teams. Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to improve sales efficiency productivity and data quality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
