Job Summary
Sutherland is looking for the developers to join as Software Developer. The person should have hands-on experience in HL7 HL7 V3 CDA FHIR Integration tools (Mirth Cloverleaf) SQL. Responsibilities:
Keep management updated: Should update the management on the status.
Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
Define Sutherlands reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback to CSRs
Strengthen relationships: Should work as a team and able to communicate effectively with customer and team members
Take the lead: Able to debug the production issue quickly and provide the root cause analysis with resolution for the issue.
Qualifications :
To succeed in this position you must:
Years of Experience: 3
Educational Qualification: B.E / / M.C.A
Functional Domain: Exposure to the U.S Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
Messaging Protocols: HL7 2.x HL7 V 3 CDA X12
Database: SQL Server
Scripting & Programming Languages: JavaScript jQuery C# MVC
Integration Engines: Mirth Cloverleaf Microsoft BizTalk Server
Business Intelligence Tools: SSIS SSRS
Design implementation and support various system / data integration initiatives for HIT
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data interfaces and messaging standards to integrate systems internally and externally
Training mentoring team members
Manage Knowledge Base
Experience with integrating web design with back-end coding
Problem solving skills & good team player
Completing the assigned tasks by adhering to the coding standards and quality processes
Performing source code peer reviews
Providing technical guidance and support to the associate software engineers.
In addition to the foregoing the following are essential functions:
Ability to work independently;
Ability to learn interpret and apply complex and technical regulations policies and procedures;
Ability to perform complex analytical processes and problem solving;
Ability to work under timeline with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing;
Ability to sit talk and hear both in person and by telephone;
