- Uphold all food safety allergen and health & safety procedures
Qualifications :
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a front-of-house or customer service supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people skills with a positive and approachable manner
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and written
- Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen management procedures
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering a great customer experience
