Job Summary

WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU

The Senior Manager of Creative Excellence & Experience will help lead initiatives across Pfizer Marketer and Agency communities. This role is central to establishing and maintaining operational frameworks that drive adoption of new processes platforms and tools while ensuring exceptional marketer experiences and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

Reporting to the Senior Director Marketer Experience Operations & Strategy this position will lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of creative excellence frameworks and live events such as Marketer Experience Summits and Marketing Academy training coordination.

The successful candidate will drive consistent capability adoption and foster positive well-supported marketer engagement through effective change and communication plans.

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

Marketer Experience Implementation

  • Lead Agency/Marketer Experience planning and execution tied to CMO strategic priorities - including communication plans and rollout of key marketer change initiatives.

  • Spearhead live marketer experience summits to celebrate and inspire internal and external achievements.

  • Connect and align cross-functional initiatives across content research media measurement and agency partners to ensure cohesive rollout and adoption

Stakeholder Collaboration Engagement & Optimization

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify and address potential barriers to adoption.

  • Build Marketer toolkits and supporting content and cascade strategies to stakeholders and agency partners in amplifying change across their teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on stakeholder feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Effectiveness Leads (MELs) to assess experience journey maps including pain points - to inform optimization plans.

Program Management & Measurement

  • Create and maintain documentation for procedures to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Establish and track program KPIs and success metrics to measure marketing experience effectiveness.

  • Lead regular stakeholder reviews and feedback sessions to measure adoption and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

  • BA/BS with 6 years experience with leadership roles managing transformational initiatives in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries

  • Proven expertise in marketing operations and agency relationship management

  • Strong background in marketing analytics and performance measurement

  • Proven ability to lead matrixed teams across global markets

  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management at senior executive levels

  • Exceptional skills facilitating high-impact discussions and workshops that drive alignment and action

  • Thrives in dynamic environments with the ability to lead through ambiguity and evolving priorities

  • Role model for PFE Values (Courage Excellence Equity and Joy)

Nice-to-Have

  • MBA/MS with 5 years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 1 year of experience

  • Advanced degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred

  • Experience with change management and communications preferred
