About the Role:
We are seeking a Financial Data Integration Analyst to join our our team on a temporary (3 months) full-time this role you will help connect HR systems and financial platforms ensuring accurate timely and secure data flow across payroll benefits time-tracking and accounting systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data systems and cross-functional teams within the HR and finance space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain data integrations between HRIS/payroll systems (e.g. ADP Paylocity Workday) financial systems (e.g. NetSuite Xero SAP) and other business tools (e.g. HubSpot Monday PowerBi).
- Automate data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes to improve reporting and analytics.
- Reconcile financial and HR data to ensure accuracy across payroll benefits and general ledgers.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support client projects audits and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR consultants finance teams and IT staff to gather requirements and align system integrations.
- Support system implementations or migrations including data mapping and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Data Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data integration or financial analysis ideally within HR payroll or consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Dell Boomi MuleSoft Talend SSIS or scripting languages such as SQL or Python.
- Proficiency with HR and financial systems such as ADP Paylocity Workday QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of payroll cycles general ledger accounting and HR compliance reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an HR consulting or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with API-based data connections and cloud integration architectures.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR HIPAA SOC 2) related to employee and financial data.

- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
