About the Tribe Global Channel Experience (GCX)

The Global Channel Experience (GCX) tribe is responsible for INGs global digital customers channels the mobile app and closed web and the global assisted channels used by branches and call agents. GCX consists of 8 products organized across three areas working together to deliver seamless scalable and secure digital experiences to our customers. We are currently live with (part of) our offering in 8 countries and continue to expand globally.

About the Role

Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Lead to head up our newly established Channel Services product. This team plays a pivotal role in enabling the success of our digital channels by ensuring operational excellence governance and scalability across markets.

As Product Lead youll be responsible for driving the global change roadmap aligning stakeholders and delivering the capabilities that support our global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Country Rollouts: Lead the planning and execution of digital channel launches in new markets.
- QBR & Governance: Facilitate quarterly business reviews and ensure governance frameworks are in place and followed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Change Roadmap: Define and manage the change roadmap in close collaboration with other product leads.
- Internal delivery: Establish and maintain clear quality and delivery standards across the department.
- SLA & Charging: Define service level agreements and charging models that support sustainable operations.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in product leadership preferably in digital platforms or enterprise services.
- Strong background in project- and stakeholder engagement. 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with clarity and structure.
- Experience working incomplex international environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- A proactive solution-oriented mindset with a passion for enabling others to succeed.
