Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive who not only brings motivation curiosity and passion for collaboration but also possesses a strong background in real estate finance and property transactions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations across both our BPO and real estate domains.
- Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM
- Location: G-11 Markaz (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Record accounts payable and receivable on a timely basis.
- Prepare monthly finance management reports for internal review.
- Manage and maintain weekly payroll processing.
- Administer employee expense claims and reimbursements.
- Maintain computerized general ledger cashbook and cash flows.
- Manipulate and analyze large volumes of financial data using QuickBooks.
- Perform reconciliation of control accounts and bank statements.
- Oversee and record real estate transactions including the sale and purchase of properties.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance for property deals agreements and related taxes.
- Collaborate with management on real estate investment decisions and financial planning.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- ACCA or from an HEC-recognized university.
- Proven experience in finance/accounts with additional exposure to real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of property sales purchases agreements and related legal/financial documentation.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and financial software (QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong analytical time-management and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
