A typical day for our Area Directors

As an NFC Amenity Area Director you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area overseeing dynamic forward-thinking and top-notch this role you will lead manage and support the operations of multiple properties within your designated area. As an Area Director youll be the driving force behind our growth and success. The Area Director of Operations will lead a team to execute and implement NFCs strategic plans and is ultimately responsible for the site directors and the operational integrity of all managed locations under their supervision. This crucial position requires focused planning for each property to meet or exceed budgeted financial and customer service goals promotes company and community-wide teamwork and collaborates with the executive team to develop and implement company initiatives. The goal of this position is to set the tone and direction for the overall culture and leadership while communicating the vision and strategic objectives of NFC Amenity Management

• You will lead the way for site managers and their teams inspiring them to do their best work and encouraging collaboration.
• Collaborate with NFCs senior leadership on creative area-specific growth and development strategies aligning with the companys vision.
• Monitor performance and take action to support the onsite team in enhancing their performance and service consistently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients your team members and your NFC support team.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by inspecting and maintaining high service standards.
• Confidently and effectively solve problems and make operational decisions.
• Find train and develop the superstars within your teams.
• Manage the approved budget for each property within your portfolio including tracking revenue and expenses for financial success.
• Perform 5-diamond inspections to ensure the facilities are clean tidy cozy and always show-ready.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay informed about market trends and clients needs.
• Monitor service quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Address clients concerns or issues promptly professionally and courteously.
• Regularly visit properties maintaining a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Enjoy genuinely interacting and connecting with people.
