We are looking for an experienced professional Environmental Manager

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Secure availability and updates of environmental permits at all locations of Vipcem in Ukraine
Control the fulfilment of environmental permits conditions and sanitary legilsation for manufacturing actitivies at all locations of Vipcem in Ukraine
Secure environmental permits and fulfilment of their conditions for new projects and buisness developments
Assure fulfilment of initiatives and processes requested by CRH Group
Assure reduction of industrial impact on environment efficiency of processes developing the measures for environmental protection improving continuous development and improvement of environmental department structure to up to date needs
Environmental budget management and planning
Participation and controll of Internal and External Audits and Inspections
Business trips inside and outside of Ukraine

Requirements/Key functional competencies:

University Degree: Environmental Engineer / Industrial Ecology Engineer
Management of environmental function in production industry (cement mineral processing metallurgy) minimum 5 years
Strong skills on management of new projects
Strong management skills lead the team
Strong communication and stakeholders relation skills
Strong leadership and project managment skills
Confident user of MS Office (Outlook Word Excel Power Point)
English level - B2

Nice to have competences:

Work experience in international company ESG
Driver license
