A growing Buffalo law firm is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their litigation team. This is a fast-paced high-impact role supporting multiple attorneys with a focus on commercial litigation and products liability (defense).

What Youll Do:
A growing Buffalo law firm is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their litigation team. This is a fast-paced high-impact role supporting multiple attorneys with a focus on commercial litigation and products liability (defense).

What Youll Do:
- Support attorneys across commercial litigation and insurance defense matters.
- Draft review and e-file pleadings motions discovery and other legal documents on NYSCEF and PACER.
- Organize and manage case files while assisting with client communications calendaring and scheduling (strict attention to deadlines).
- Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and manage priorities efficiently.
Higher salary will be considered for candidates with exceptional experience.
