ROLE SUMMARY
The Sr. Associate HR Services is responsible for executing activities related to the Colleague Life Cycle HR processes excluding recruitment in alignment with the GBS CS Operational Playbook. This role ensures the efficient timely and compliant delivery of HR services while adhering to organizational standards. Serving as a key escalation point within the HR Services team the Sr. Associate provides guidance to Colleague Services fellow team members and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain seamless service delivery. Additionally this position supports process improvement and service enhancement initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute flawlessly a variety of global or regional HR operational tasks including but not limited to: Processing Colleague and Job Data Changes Administering Leave of Absence requests Supporting Benefits and Compensation administration HR Reporting HR Internal and external controls.
As an expert in the HR Processes in scope provide feedback on procedures with a continuous improvement mindset.
Provide guidance to other Colleague Service team members in their area of expertise.
Support Pfizer colleagues with inquiries/requests on the HR Processes in scope via case management tool.
Liaise with other Colleague Services teams PX and external vendors to seek guidance and/or input that will help in the timely resolution of inquiries driving a positive colleague experience.
Run reports and analyze data enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a masters degree with more than 0 years of experience; OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience preferably in a HR Shared Services/HR Operations/centralized customer service environment.

Strong attention to detail; adapts well to shifting priorities.
Strong customer focus mindset and cross-cultural agility.
Experience working with a case management tool.
Demonstrates clear ownership of assigned responsibilities and operates independently while appropriately identifying situations that require escalation.

Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with Workday or Service Now or comparable Human Capital Management system and MS Office (Excel & Word)
Familiarity with payroll and/or Time & Attendance software (e.g. ADP Workday etc.)
Ability to speak multiple (additional) languages is a plus
