Job Summary
About the Role:
Join our Learning & Development team as a Training Coordinator and drive employee capability enhancement across departments. Youll identify learning needs manage training programs and create engaging onboarding experiences integrating AI tools for smarter learning analytics and LMS optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis using performance data and feedback
- Plan and coordinate internal/external training programs
- Develop and update onboarding and learning content
- Track participation feedback and ROI for all programs
- Maintain training documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in HR Education or related field
- 25 years in Training/L&D coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of LMS MS Office and AI-based training tools
