Group CEO

Our client drives affiliate traffic to iGaming operators through their streaming platform. Although still in the startup-phase they are already a multinational group with Swedish founders backed by a Scandinavian investor group and with employees and entities in Cyprus Malta and the Philippines.

We are seeking a goal-oriented Group CEO who will be responsible for driving a group of companies within the entertainment industry currently with 2 main brands but with a vision of whitelabelling their streaming platform.

This is a chance to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company with a straightforward purpose: to create revenue from sending traffic to iGaming operator though their innovative platform accessible to legal adults in a transparent and secure environment.

The Group CEO will take on an office-based role in Maltaand will initially have two already existing direct reports.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the companys vision mission and strategic goals
• Formulate strategies and business plans to drive the companys growth and profitability
• Provide strong leadership and inspire the team to achieve the companys objectives
• Manage a diverse and multi-jurisdictional workforce
• Develop and manage the companys budget financial forecasts and financial reporting
• Manage cash flow liquidity and capital allocation to support business operations and growth
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors financial institutions and regulatory bodies
• Monitor industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to adapt the business strategy accordingly
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the company
• Establish operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Implement risk management strategies and internal controls to protect the companys assets and reputation
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within the organisation

Education Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the iGaming industry
• In-depth understanding of iGaming affiliation
• Previous experience of driving and scaling a business
• Degree in Business Administration Management Economics or other relevant education
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Business acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance
• Sound understanding of streaming services
• Ability to navigate a rapidly changing and competitive industry landscape
• Ready to travel extensively internationally

About this role

• Office-based in Malta - NOT AVAILABLE REMOTELY or HYBRID
• Managing on-site team international teams
• Salary 100-140K depending on expereience
• KPI-related bonus
• International travel
• Able to commence work by or in November 2025
