Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented Personal Assistant for our client.
Salary and benefits:
Negotiable
Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Managing Director by managing his schedules making travel arrangements and arranging meetings to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Facilitates internal communication by acting as a bridge between the Managing Director and the Divisions team and other staff members.
  • Participate in divisional meetings by taking minutes preparing agendas and following up on action points thereby ensuring effective and efficient meetings.
  • Assist the Managing Director in managing divisional projects researching and drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant data thereby aiding in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues taking the initiative to find solutions.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have proven project management skills able to multiskill.
  • Ability to work on spreadsheets .
  • Must possess all basic secretarial work.
  • Must be able to deliver results against key targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all levels and be able to work under pressure.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role.
