About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our IT Staffing team preferrably immidiate joiners only. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions supporting the sales recruitment and operations teams to drive process improvement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business objectives and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
Collaborate with recruitment sales and delivery teams to identify client needs and project requirements.
Analyze data trends and metrics to support business decisions.
Assist in preparing reports dashboards and presentations for management review.
Document workflows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business processes.
Coordinate with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
Support automation or CRM-related enhancements in collaboration with tech teams.
Ensure continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in staffing and recruitment operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel Power BI or similar data analysis tools.
Understanding of IT staffing recruitment lifecycle and vendor management is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Freshers with strong business acumen and analytical mindset are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications (for experienced candidates):
23 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR Tech Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) E-recruitment tools or Talent Acquisition.
Experience working with ATS/CRM tools like Bullhorn Zoho Recruit or similar.
Exposure to reporting automation or business intelligence dashboards.
