What Youll Do
As a Part-Time Sales Associate you will play a key role in growing our client base and expanding our reach. Your efforts in lead generation outreach and follow-up will help drive sales opportunities and build stronger relationships in both B2B and B2C markets.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate qualified leads.
Manage and update client information in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking.
Support email marketing campaigns by drafting sending and monitoring responses.
Engage with potential clients across B2B or B2C markets (depending on assignment) with openness to learn and adapt to both.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team.
Follow provided scripts while keeping interactions natural and client-focused.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align lead generation efforts.
Maintain organized records of leads activities and outcomes for performance reporting.
Stay informed about Sozoroads services and how they address client needs.
Represent Sozoroad with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.

Requirements
Knowledge of the B2B or B2C/professional services market or willingness to learn.
A bachelors degree in Sales Marketing or a related field is not required but preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills.
Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration if you were to support Sozoroad directly.
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to team needs if you were to be deployed elsewhere.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple leads and follow-ups.
Familiarity or experience with CRM systems lead management processes and sales tracking.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
Comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach.
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
Confidence to handle rejection and the ability to remain calm positive and focused.
