JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MEMBER DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE EMEA
As a Member Development Associate you will be the proactive engine behind engaging senior executives and expanding our reach across the EMEA region. This is a sales-oriented role where your mission is to uncover qualified leads and facilitate strategic conversations that lead to meaningful participation in our councils and executive programs. If you thrive on research executive-level interactions and play a key role in a fast-paced mission-driven team this is your opportunity.
Main Objective:
Number of successful appointments scheduled with eligible prospects for the Member Development Executive Team (MDE) Minimum 15/ month.
Your Responsibilities as a Member Development Associate would be:
Research companies and executive contacts to identify qualified leads across an assigned portfolio of Councils.
Manage email and call outreach campaigns using tools like Outreach to schedule meetings on behalf of the Member Development Executive (MDE) team.
Confirm reschedule and follow up on all appointment-related activities with high attention to detail.
Build professional rapport with senior executives and executive assistants ensuring that communications align with The Conference Boards high standards.
Maintain and cleanse CRM records to ensure accurate prospect tracking and team effectiveness.
Support business development projects and contribute market analysis for future product and council launches.
Serve as Council Manager for the newly launched CEO Gulf Council.
Demonstrate discretion professionalism and initiative in all activities.
To be successful in this role you should have:
A college degree.
Fluent English skills: knowledge of additional European languages is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence interacting with senior executives.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivation with a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A grasp of sales strategy is advantageous.
