DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding managing and fulfilling each requirement or expectation through remote communication or site visits.
- Take full ownership of the assigned technical and commercial quote-to-order scope within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services following established standards and processes.
- Propose innovative cost-effective solutions that align with customer needs while maintaining schedule quality and profitability.
- Work closely with sales engineering and operations teams to ensure timely accurate and efficient order delivery.
- Proactively communicate project status anticipate potential challenges and implement contingency plans to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Share knowledge standard methodologies and technical expertise with colleagues and the wider organization to promote continuous learning and team effectiveness.
- Support the professional development of other Inside Sales Specialists through mentorship and active collaboration.
- Carry out other responsibilities related to ethics information security and company compliance policies as reasonably instructed and aligned with business needs.

For This Role You Will Need:
- University degree.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); a second European language is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or sales support activities preferably within the process of automation or industrial solutions field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Familiarity with Emersons Systems & Software Solutions portfolio particularly software and subscription-based offerings.
- Understanding of MRO one-off services contract renewals and engineered lifecycle services.
- Experience managing customer portfolios and contributing to retention and growth metrics such as Annual Recurrent Revenues and Customer Health Scores.
