Competencies

Minimum 6-8 years of related experience and/or training.
Post Graduate/ MBA in Sales- Marketing.
Supervisory:
- lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of the team.
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient timely reliable and courteous service to customers.
Financial Knowledge:
- Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills
Other:
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
Knowledge of real estate software a plus
Job Summary
- Responsible for Industrial Logistics & Warehousing leasing/land business in the assigned location/region.
- Identify new business opportunities in the area of Industrial & Logistics Real Estate.
- Plan and execute assignment/s. May take control documentation and issues pertaining to the project/s
- Review & prepare presentations proposals. Provide inputs and solutions.
- Gather information through research; understand clients need and their business provide timely responses to and listed timely responses from clients. Track purposes in appropriate databases.
- Keep abreast with new developments pertaining to business.
- Prepare reports on a(n) entitys/propertys financial position outlining assumptions and valuation. May provide technical inputs analysis and provide alternate solutions
- Interact with team members & clients with respect to analysis/information
- Provides technical guidance to co-workers/sub-ordinates.
