Commissioning Project Manager Data Center

• Lead and manage all T&C activities for electrical and mechanical systems (HV MV LV MEP).
• Develop and implement commissioning strategies schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate with design construction QA/QC and vendor teams to ensure readiness for commissioning.
• Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Ensure compliance with IEEE IEC ISO and local regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans during commissioning phases.
• Organize and lead commissioning meetings reporting progress and resolving technical issues.
• Ensure all systems are commissioned safely and efficiently ready for operational handover.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or related Engineering field.
• 8 10 years of experience in testing & commissioning
• Proven experience in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of electrical protection systems SCADA HVAC and power distribution.
• Familiarity with Malaysian utility standards (e.g. TNB ST) and international codes.
• Proficient in commissioning tools documentation and reporting.
• Excellent leadership coordination and communication skills.
