We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Estimator to lead end-to-end cost management services across major infrastructure projects in Western Australia including aviation rail roads ports defence and utilities.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Cost Management: Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services including estimates procurement contract administration and final accounts.
- Feasibility & Reporting: Conduct feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Estimating & Planning: Develop and present detailed cost plans ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Tendering & Documentation: Manage tender processes from pre-qualification to contract compilation including analysis and reporting.
- Project Oversight: Lead cost checks valuations and monthly reporting across large-scale projects ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Qualifications :
Were looking for a qualified professional with strong infrastructure experience and a proactive approach to client service and business development.
- Educational Background: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in cost management/estimating ideally within a consultancy and across infrastructure sectors.
- Professional Accreditation: Chartered status with AIQS RICS or an equivalent recognised body is preferred.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in aviation projects is highly desirable alongside broader infrastructure exposure.
- Business Development: Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to growth with support from senior leadership.
