What Youll Do:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments
- Deliver outstanding customer service to rental enquiries
- Conduct routine entry exit and open home inspections
- Build strong tenant relationships with clear effective communication
- Support leasing processes and property handovers
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with reliable trades
- Use Console Cloud to streamline property management

Salary: $70000 - $80000 (excluding superannuation)
Expected hours: 38 hours per week
Location: Minor Hotels Head Office - 266 George St Brisbane City QLD 4000
Qualifications :
- Current QLD Property Management Registration
- Class 2 licence (or willingness to obtain Class 1)
- 2 years of Property Management experience
- A relationship-driven communicator with strong time management
- In-depth knowledge of property legislation and best practices
- Proactive independent and team-oriented
- Availability for limited Saturday work (only when required)
