Responsibilities
As a Property Manager you will provide property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets by:
Building andmaintainingclient relationships to understand their current & future needs
Identifyingand cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients investments
Carrying out routine property inspections
Debtor management
Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders you:
Possess an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
Hold a current drivers licence
Have excellent communicationnegotiationand client relationship skills
Have a keen eye for detail
Area a team player who is enthusiasticenergeticand highly organised withgood timemanagement skills
Are smart resourceful forward thinking and embrace technology
