Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Salary: $120000 Up & Project Completion Based Bonuses
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our this role you will oversee project execution ensuring timely completion adherence to budget and top-notch quality. Youll lead teams coordinate resources and maintain smooth operations throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with extensive field expertise exceptional organizational skills and a passion for managing people and projects. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise inspect and approve daily on-site operations.
- Coordinate and schedule materials parts and subcontractor efforts.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards safety regulations and budget goals.
- Procure and manage subcontractors holding them accountable for results.
- Secure construction sites to prevent theft and damage.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager
- Project management certification is preferred
- 10 years of proven experience managing residential construction projects.
- Expertise in HVAC plumbing electrical carpentry and related trades.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods building products and building codes
- Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
- Familiar with Google Sheets and construction management software
- Ability to break large projects into small steps
Compensation: $120000.00 per year
