The Details
- Lead and develop a team of influencer/talent reps managing a scalable roster across retained and campaign activity.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer and talent campaigns including creative briefing contracting activation and reporting.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with influencers agencies and media partners to drive brand impact.
- Own paid social strategy across platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube Snapchat Meta) optimising for reach engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and media agencies to deliver integrated high-performing campaigns aligned to commercial goals.
- Monitor emerging platforms and talent to identify new opportunities and keep ASOS culturally relevant.
- Manage budgets targets and supplier relationships to support an agile and effective operating model.
- Partner with insights and performance teams to track campaign effectiveness and translate data into actionable improvements.
- Champion inclusive long-term partnerships with diverse talent that reflect ASOS brand values.
- Represent influencer/talent marketing at a senior level including crisis management and international travel as required.
