As the People & Talent Lead you will be the foundational pillar for organizational growth owning the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership building high-performing teams and fostering a world-class culture within a rapidly scaling high-growth environment.

At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or people operations within a high-growth startup.
Proven track record of scaling teams and partnering effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with total discretion.
