As a Growth Marketing Manager you will lead the charge in identifying and scaling new acquisition channels beyond core performance marketing. You will own a seven-figure experimentation budget managing the full lifecycle of tests across CTV audio and direct mail to build sustainable growth playbooks and diversify the marketing mix.

What you will do:
Build and manage a rigorous experimentation pipeline to identify and prioritize high-potential new marketing channels.
Manage the end-to-end experiment lifecycle including hypothesis generation financial modeling and creative briefing.
Partner with data and finance teams to define kill or scale criteria using incrementality and geo-lift measurement.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience scaling new user acquisition channels in a fast-paced tech or DTC environment.
Deeply analytical mindset with the ability to build financial models and perform cohort analysis in SQL or Looker.
Resourceful operator who thrives in ambiguity and treats failed tests as critical data points for learning.
