Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Prepare Investment Teasers Information Memorandums and other supporting documents for financing processes.
Develop and maintain financial models in Excel.
Manage and review Due Diligence processes and Q&A processes.
Participate in the structuring of financing transactions (e.g. Corporate LBO Refinancing etc ).
Assist in the negotiation of financing documents (e.g. Term Sheets Loan Agreements etc.).
Engage directly with debt investors including amongst others banks and institutional investors.
Support the origination of new financing opportunities.
Manage and develop relationships with clients lenders lawyers and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Role Requirements:

3-5 years of prior experience in debt advisory or leveraged finance.
Previous experience in a debt-related environment.
Strong financial modeling skills with an in-depth understanding of accounting principles financial statements and cash flows.
Experience with complex loan documentation and financing structures.
Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
