About Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital (WBUH)
In July 2025 we were recognized by U.S. News & World Report with an impressive performance. Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital took a top spot in the state and ranked in the top fifty for nine specialties and had high performing ratings in twenty-one procedures and conditions. It is a major academic and referral center with Level I adult and Level II pediatric trauma designations. The advanced capabilities and clinical expertise within this center have earned it Magnet designation four consecutive times and has the distinct honor of housing Michigans first Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence.
This Manager Imaging Corewell Health East (CHE) is a regional Outpatient position supporting seven site locations.
The current primary location is identified as WBUH however this may be flexible.
Scope of Work
Plans organizes evaluates controls and manages all functions of one or more of the Imaging Departments. Modalities included but not limited to: Computerized Tomography (CT) Nuclear Medicine (NM) Interventional Radiology (IR) Diagnostic Radiology (DX) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Mammography (Mammo) Ultrasound (US) Positron Emission Tomography (PET/CT) and Support Staff. Coordinates and implements Imaging programs policies and procedures and assumes the responsibility for ensuring that all programs meet hospital accreditation standards and regulatory compliance. Manages the delivery of patient care ensuring that patient care is provided according to established standards of care and practice. Accountable for enabling patient physician and employee satisfaction. Assumes accountability for managing the operational financial effectiveness and efficiency of the Radiology Department. Ability to lead employees on exceptional customer service skills.
