Job Summary

An ERP Analyst 3 is responsible for designing developing testing and maintaining enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and applications. ERP Analyst 3 works with business users vendors and IT staff to analyze business requirements design solutions troubleshoot issues and ensure user satisfaction. ERP Analyst 3 also provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior ERP analysts and developers. ERP Analyst 3 is a leader within the organization and is responsible for supporting multiple sites within the organization.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design development testing and implementation of ERP systems and applications primarily Syteline.
Collaborate with business users vendors and IT staff to understand and document business processes workflows and data flows.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and develop test cases and scripts.
Perform system configuration customization integration and data migration using various tools and methodologies.
Provide end-user training support and documentation for ERP systems and applications.
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues and escalate complex problems to vendors or senior IT staff.
Ensure compliance with ERP system standards policies and best practices.
Research and evaluate new ERP technologies trends and best practices and recommend improvements and enhancements.
Support multiple sites within the division in enhancing and maintaining their ERP system.
Develop and implement continuous improvements to existing best practices and standard operating procedures.
Assist sites in finding opportunities for improving efficiency in their processes.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science information systems business administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in ERP system analysis design development testing and implementation.
Proficient in one Syteline ERP.
Strong knowledge of ERP system architecture modules functionality and integration.
Experience in system configuration customization data migration and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Certification in ERP system or application is a plus.
