Job Summary
Job Description: Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Conduct data analysis to support decision making
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis
- Experience working in a manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $75000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $110000 per year
- Currency: USD
