What You Will Do
- Support integration project planning and execution by contributing to scope definition timelines and work breakdown structures aligned to delivery milestones
- Develop and maintain integration reporting by producing weekly and monthly dashboards and metrics that track progress risks and outcomes
- Analyze project data to identify trends risks and lessons learned enabling informed short and longterm decision making
- Collaborate on budget development and tracking by using reporting tools and data to monitor spend forecasts and variances
- Contribute to risk management efforts by supporting risk identification analysis and mitigation planning across integration initiatives
- Maintain integration tools and resources including project workbooks playbooks and shared collaboration sites to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to align activities share insights and support integration governance forums and working sessions
- Support integration events and communications by preparing datadriven materials and metrics used for leadership updates and publications
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (minimum) in Business Finance Analytics Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in project coordination analytics operations or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using data visualization or business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Experience preparing dashboards metric reports or executivelevel data summaries
Travel Percentage: 10%
