Production Planning & Execution
Lead daily production activities to meet customer delivery and quality requirements.
Manage manpower allocation shift planning and coordination of assembly operations.
Ensure timely and efficient assembly testing and dispatch of products.
Collaborate closely with Planning Procurement and Project Management teams.
Process & Performance Improvement
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen and Lean initiatives.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Support cross-functional process changes that improve overall production performance.
Workforce Development & Safety
Assess skill gaps and deliver training to upskill and empower production teams.
Promote strong 5S practices and a Safety First culture across all work areas.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintenance & Documentation
Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure machinery and tools are in top condition.
Maintain accurate records for manufacturing testing and dispatch as per QMS standards.
Support audits and ensure documentation discipline across the production floor.
Success Metrics
On-time completion of production schedules.
High first-pass yield and quality performance.
Equipment uptime and maintenance compliance.
Implementation of improvement initiatives (Kaizens 5S Lean projects).
Proven experience in a senior production or manufacturing leadership role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly machining welding or heavy equipment manufacturing.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage complex production schedules.
Familiarity with QMS ISO OHSAS 5S and Kaizen systems.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on approach and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
