About the Role:

Were looking for a strategic and dynamic leader to oversee the effective day-to-day management and delivery of the Raise Digital Program. This key role provides supervision guidance and operational oversight to case managers mentor support facilitators and volunteer mentors ensuring safe consistent and impactful program delivery aligned with Raise Foundations values and youth safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead daily operations of the Raise Digital Program to ensure high quality and youth safety delivery
  • Coordinate mentee recruitment and onboarding pipeline working with referral partners schools and internal teams to achieve annual recruitment targets
  • Provide supervision guidance and support to Digital Case Managers and Mentor Support Facilitators
  • Refine digital program systems and workflows to support transition from pilot to business as usual
  • Monitor program performance identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements
  • Uphold and enforce the Raise Youth Safety Risk Management Framework and youth safe policy requirements

About you:

You are a highly experienced youth program manager with expertise in digital program delivery and team leadership with a passion for purpose-driven work. You bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in counselling youth work health social work psychology or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in program management within youth services or digital delivery
  • Proven experience supervising or leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of youth safety and mandatory reporting requirements
  • Experience delivering or coordinating online programs and using digital platforms
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • High level digital literacy and proficiency with online collaboration tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret program data and apply insights to practice
  • Capacity to exercise initiative problem solving and professional judgment
