We are seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to drive operational excellence integration and continuous improvement across Apples talent management portfolio. Youll support enterprise-wide initiatives; partner closely with crossfunctional teams and People Business Partners (PBPs); and use insights to help shape scalable equitable programs that align with Apples business and talent strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology or a related field.
- 8 years of HR/People Operations experience with at least 2 years specializing in Talent Management (or a closely related field) leading programs for a business.
- Proven program and project management expertise delivering enterprise initiatives in fastpaced environments; strong change management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify sophisticated problems structure ambiguity and drive clarity and alignment across crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Experience working with HR systems and people data and partnering with analytics teams to inform decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills with a track record of crafting scalable documentation keynote presentations playbooks and stakeholder updates.
- Strong collaboration facilitation and stakeholder management skills including experience engaging senior leaders.
- Desire for action and resilience; able to navigate resistance and setbacks while maintaining momentum.
- Good judgment and decision-making that balances expertise new information and business context.
- Self-awareness and openness to feedback; strong team orientation with a willingness to listen challenge and commit.
- Experience managing global programs and ensuring operational scalability.
- Exposure to data visualization and dash-boarding (e.g. Tableau Keynote/Numbers) and experimentation methods for continuous improvement.
- Professional certifications (e.g. PMP Prosci Agile/Scrum).
