JD:
BA or BS in Computer Science or Engineering.
Excellent writing skills and 10 years of AI-focused technical experience required:
Prompt engineering: Ability to create effective targeted AI instructions.
AI tools: Skilled with Generative AI platforms (for example ChatGPT GPT-4).
NLP knowledge: Understanding of NLP and LLMs including their strengths and limitations for managing expectations and troubleshooting.
Basic programming (optional): Python knowledge is helpful for scripting APIs and custom AI model training.
Demonstrated expertise in SDL Tridion Docs or an equivalent Component Content Management System (CCMS) is required.
Proficiency with XML authoring tools including Oxygen is essential.
In-depth knowledge of topic-based authoring and reusable information architecture is mandatory.
Self-motivated organized and action-oriented; effective in cross-functional teams.
Excellent at explaining technical information clearly.
Quick to learn products through hands-on experience.
Experience in video production will be considered an asset.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
