Experience - 02 Years in customer Service (Manufacturing Industry)-
Preferred.
Work location: Kurla West Mumbai.
Job Description /Key activities as follows.
1. Sales order processing in RCS WP2
2. Communication with customer Sending Order acknowledgement Order
confirmations
3. alignments of daily dispatch.
4. Coordination with Scheduler and plant logistics for dispatch alignments.
5. Daily Interactions with the Sales team.
6. Customer Portal updates for dispatches and uploading Sales Invoice on
customer portal.
7. Generating Proforma for advance payments and follow ups.
8. Raising tickets for credit block issues and following up with AR and customers
for timely recovery if orders are under credit hold.
9. Updating daily dispatch plan and open order book for allocating accounts.
10. Supporting other CS as back up.
11. Intercompany Sales order processing and follow ups for shipping details and
handling the documentation process.
12. Updating MIS on Drive.
13. Understand Coating and WH Sales related entire process and procedures
from current CSR.
14. supporting business in back hand.
