Job Purpose
- Planning implementation and reporting of CSR projects of Jayashree Textiles. Supporting accounts team in management of Aditya Birla Jan Seva Trust Rishra accounts MIS and Trust Meetings.
- Supporting the Grasim CSR Cluster Head DGM CSR Domestic Textiles and Insulators in reporting and compilation of CSR Projects of Jayashree Textiles for further reporting to Grasim CSR Head.
Job Context & Major Challenges
Job Context: To develop the CSR plan & budget for the unit as per Corporate CSR policy and New Companies Bill. To send the progress report monthly quarterly and Annual basis to Cluster CSR Head HR Head CEO and corporate office. Preparation of annual Unit CSR budget & plan for approval of Unit Management and Grasim CSR Head. Liaison with district/block level authorities SSA ICDS dept. NGOs & local community.
Major Challenges: Large number of under privileged community surrounding the plant
Area at Rishra. Improving the socio-economic condition of the local community is one of the major challenges of the area. Providing Quality education to the bright and underprivileged students. Enhancing the income of women members of the community by creating avenues for livelihood generation like tailoring embroidery vocational training for women and youth etc. Working on the sanitation and hygiene specific projects to improve the health of the community members organizing awareness and screening camps for specific diseases like cervical and breast cancer among women and cataract screening camps.

Aditya Birla Jan Seva Trust (ABJST) Account and Vendor management for CSR Projects | - Ensuring timely payment to all the vendors CSR project implementation partners supervisors trainers. Entry of the same in ABJST accounts ensuring annual auditing of ABJST accounts coordination with Jayashree Textiles accounts team for issues related to ABJST accounts.
- Organising ABJST Trustees meeting on a regular interval and preparation of Minutes of Meeting communicating the same to the Grasim CSR Cluster Head/Grasim CSR Head.
