Role Overview
Were hiring a high-energy Healthcare Recruiter with a BPO/voice-process background and strong outbound calling skills to source and recruit US healthcare professionals (RNs LPNs/LVNs CNAs PT/OT etc.). Youll own the top-of-funnel: cold/warm calling screening and scheduling-driving qualified submissions daily.
What Youll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted healthcare talent; run call blocks and follow-ups.
- Qualify candidates on licensure experience shift preferences pay range location and start dates.
- Pitch roles handle objections and convert to interviews/submissions.
- Maintain accurate activity logs pipelines and notes in the ATS/CRM.
- Coordinate interviews confirmations and post-interview feedback.
- Partner with account managers on hot reqs and rapid-response hiring drives.
- Adhere to compliance: PHI handling reference checks and Do-Not-Call/TCPA norms.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1 4 years in BPO/Contact Center (voice) or outbound/cold-calling sales/support.
- Demonstrated success with high call volumes and conversion to qualified leads.
- Excellent spoken English; confident clear phone presence; objection handling.
- Comfortable working in US time zones (evening/night IST) with target orientation.
- Strong documentation discipline in ATS/CRM (Ceipal/JobDiva/Bullhorn or similar).
Good to Have
- Experience in US Healthcare staffing (RNs/CNAs/Allied) VMS/Direct Client submissions.
- Familiarity with job boards & sourcing (Indeed LinkedIn Dice) VoIP dialers and calendaring.
- Basic understanding of licensure/state compliance and credentialing.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- 120 150 dials/day
- 8 12 qualified screens/day 5 8 submissions/week
- Interview rate offer rate and join/starts per month as agreed with manager.
Education
- Any graduate Specialization in communication/healthcare is a plus.
