Key Responsibilities Curriculum & Content Development

Design develop and maintain instructor-led virtual on-demand and simulator-based training content.

Create written video interactive and job-aid learning assets aligned to adult learning principles.

Write clear chapter narratives real-world scenarios use cases and guided hands-on lab exercises.

Develop learner assessments including knowledge checks tests performance-based assessments credentialing and exams compliant with legal and quality standards.
Technical & AI-Focused Enablement
-
Develop technical training content leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
-
Create and maintain hands-on labs and simulators using ServiceNow sandbox environments.
-
Troubleshoot lab issues and collaborate with engineers product managers cloud lab teams and developers.
-
Write and maintain scripts as needed for labs and simulations.
-
Drive AI-focused learning outcomes using ServiceNow-approved AI tools and platforms.
Collaboration & Project Management
-
Participate in pre-release planning to evaluate upcoming ServiceNow product changes.
-
Work closely with course owners instructors SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define course specifications.
-
Assist with project management activities including schedules metadata updates tagging reporting and content publishing.
-
Mentor junior curriculum developers as required.
Quality Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Conduct content testing and quality assurance within ServiceNow University.
-
Analyze learner feedback and course survey data to identify improvement opportunities.
-
Recommend and implement innovative learning solutions to close skill or content gaps.
-
Support lab instance setup including data package configuration for each release.
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have) Core Experience
Instructional Design & Tools

Strong grounding in instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Captivate Rise.

Experience with multimedia and design tools such as Camtasia SnagIt ScreenFlow.

Proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Technical & Platform Skills

Experience developing hands-on labs simulations and sandbox-based learning.

Ability to troubleshoot technical environments and collaborate with engineering teams.
