Job Summary

Description
Responsibilities:
  • Supports Clients wide-ranging business information requirements implementing and supporting business intelligence software solutions
  • Develops and supports customized query applications which analyze key business data
  • Develops and supports guided analysis and drill-down functionality routine scheduling and notification of report generation and effective implementation of opportunity and key-trend alerts.
  • Provides Clients with approach options and tools for managing business-related data in a manner that assists in quantitative analysis of progress and the relationship between operational actions and their effect on business objectives.

General Skills:
  • Experience with analyzing data in source systems to identify data cleanliness issues (e.g. missing values duplicate meanings and invalid data)
  • Experience with developing feedback processes to fix corrupt data in the source systems
  • Experience with developing data extraction transformation and load programs (daily and initial load) functionality on a wide-range of data repositories (relational and multi- dimensional data stores)
  • Experience with developing implementing and maintaining schedule/dependency logic for Extract Transform Load (ETL) scripts
  • Experience with developing monitoring and error notification processes to ensure data is updated as designed
  • Experience with developing automation extraction cleansing and load scripts
  • Experience generating research models and reports (scheduled and ad-hoc)
  • Proven troubleshooting and analytical experience
  • Experience in process decomposition/mapping and business process re-engineering and complex data models using UML.
  • Experience in the use of development tools and business re-engineering software
  • Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. business logical and physical models) based on Enterprise Application Processes and Modeling methodology and guidelines

Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience in developing data analysis applications
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices
  • Ability to provide expert advice in developing and integrating process and information models to enable identifying and eliminating redundant business processes
  • Experience with developing monitoring and error notification processes to ensure data is updated as designed
  • Hands on experience working with stakeholders to develop and document interface specifications design between Business Intelligence solutions and external applications

  3. Writing complex procedures/pkg/views/scripts to do data de-normalization data extraction data transformation(cleansing) and data loading.
  4. Relational databases (Oracle SQL Server) data modelling (relational and amp; dimensional) advanced SQL query optimization data replication administration
  5. Advanced SQL skills (PL/SQL TSQL)
  6. Cloud technologies (Azure Google AWS)
  7. Advanced skills and hands-on experience with Oracle APEX
  8. PL/SQL for data extraction transformation and loading initial setup and other ETL experience management and support such as troubleshooting performance tuning failover and recovery
