Business Analyst - Banking Regulatory Compliance
Core Accountabilities
Gather analyze and document business requirements related to product system and regulatory changes
Assess business impacts and support change initiatives
Develop new business process flows and optimize existing processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements efficiency gains and cost reduction
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality and timely Requirements Management Plans Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process flow diagrams
Ensure business problems requirements and recommendations are clearly documented and aligned with business objectives
Apply a structured and consistent business analysis methodology across all initiatives
Analyze current-state and future-state business processes (As-Is / To-Be)
Support the implementation of business requirements with impacted business units and stakeholders
Prepare business impact assessments for system and regulatory changes
Support change management activities
Assist in defining and designing interactions between people processes and technology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned projects
Participate in JAD sessions business design reviews and consensus-building activities
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies as required
