Job Summary

**Dates of Coverage:** Full-time position commencing December 2025

**Practice Setting:** Hospital

** The Locum Tenens Physician will be required to supervise both Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).

**Patient Age Demographic:

** Primarily geriatric population

**Number of Operating Rooms:

** Eight

**MD:CRNA Ratio:** The physician-to-CRNA ratio will vary generally ranging from 1:3 to 1:4.

**Case Mix Breakdown:** The facility will handle cases in orthopedics urology ophthalmology and endoscopy.

**Patient Demographic:** Primarily adult patients; pediatric cases will be limited to dental and ophthalmologic procedures.

**Reimbursement Policy: ** The facility will cover the expenses for flight accommodation and rental vehicle.

**Required Procedures:**

- Spinal Anesthesia

- Epidural Anesthesia- Regional Anesthesia

*Submission Requirements:**- Board Certification is mandatory.- An active New York State license must be obtained at the time of submission.

- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required.
