Responsibilities:

- Provide counseling and psychoeducation to patients and their families.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records.
- Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in psychiatric care.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Experience in providing psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan.
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Empathy compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-5p
No call requirement
Setting: Outpatient
Patient Census: 12 per day
