Job Description
Vanguard Life Assurance is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in the welfare insurance market. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies recruiting and mentoring a high-performing sales team and building strong client relationships to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of welfare insurance products proven experience in sales leadership and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You will identify new business opportunities engage key decision-makers and ensure seamless service delivery in collaboration with internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading insurance provider and play a key role in expanding our market presence while empowering clients through innovative welfare insurance solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Good knowledge and understanding of the welfare insurance market and the various product offerings
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for business growth.
- Recruit train and mentor a sales team to enhance their skills and drive performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the welfare market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations
- Effectively organize and conduct high-profile corporate presentations negotiate and follow up to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Insurance or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in Sales Leadership role
- Ability to recruit train and manage a team to achieve set goals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Effective reporting strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to lead motivate and develop a winning sales team
- High networking skills sociable and strong business relationship builder
