Join a leading consulting client supporting a top pharmaceutical company in Redwood City.
Were seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst experienced in SmartSheets LucidChart and Agiloft who enjoys supporting business teams and improving workflow efficiency.

What Youll Do:

Provide L1/L2 support for SmartSheets LucidChart and Agiloft platforms
Troubleshoot and document system issues FAQs and SOPs
Maintain process maps and workflows
Collaborate with end users to enhance usability and efficiency

What Youll Need:

2 4 years of Business/System Analysis or Application Support experience
Hands-on exposure to SmartSheets LucidChart and Agiloft
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in pharma biotech or regulated environments (nice to have)

Location: Onsite in Redwood City CA
