Job Title: Business Analyst

Were seeking a full-time Business Analyst to support our Business Operations Services (BOS) team. This role involves:
Operational support for Regional Offices/Centers
Production system coordination testing and analysis
Process improvement initiatives across the department
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (preferably in financial services)
1 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong attention to detail organization and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Experience working in team environments and interfacing with all levels of management

Analyze business requests related to origination lending payments collections and call center operations
Draft business requirements and documentation
Lead and support small to medium projects
Map and improve business processes
Analyze and update reports
Facilitate and document meetings
Perform data entry validation and analysis
Investigate and resolve production issues with cross-functional teams
Collaborate on process updates and assess downstream impacts
