Job Description:

Responsibilities:

o Troubleshooting Diagnosing and resolving technical software and hardware issues reported by users.

o Technical Assistance Providing support to users via phone email or in person to ensure they can use mobile applications and devices effectively.

o System Maintenance Installing configuring and maintaining mobile systems software and network connectivity.

o Documentation Creating and updating knowledge base articles and documentation for issues and solutions.

o Collaboration Working with development teams to report user feedback suggest improvements and provide insights for future products.

o Performance Monitoring Developing and using monitoring tools to detect and address initial issues and optimize application performance.

o Customer Satisfaction Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective and empathetic communication and timely resolutions.

Required Skills:

Technical Aptitude Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with mobile devices and applications.

Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.

Problem-Solving Proficient at identifying the root cause of issues and finding effective solutions.

Customer Service Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Technical Tools Experience with diagnostic tools software and ticketing systems for case management.
