About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to design and lead a comprehensive 6-month marketing strategy that drives user growth engagement and retention. Youll combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to execute impactful online and offline campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic 6-month marketing campaign strategy across relevant digital and offline channels.
- Analyze market trends competitor movements and customer insights to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Define clear campaign goals KPIs and success metrics (DAU MAU GGR ROI CAC retention).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product design and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned promotional activities.
- Manage agency partnerships to execute campaigns across SEO SEM social media affiliate influencer and paid ad channels.
- Design targeted funnels for different user groups new sign-ups depositors VIPs and churned users.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real time providing weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously refine strategies to improve ROI conversion and user retention.
- Stay current with marketing and industry trends adopting emerging tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in strategic marketing growth marketing or campaign management.
- Proven success in multi-phase or long-term campaign planning and execution (3 months).
- Strong leadership planning and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative and analytical mindset with a track record of improving ROI and retention through data-driven campaigns.
- Experience in E-commerce or Fintech industries with large user bases is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in GA4 GTM Meta Ads Google Ads and SEO/ASO.
- Familiarity with retention marketing including loyalty programs gamification and promotional strategies.
- Fluent English communication skills preferred.
